" ...We think that if we hide our faith, we're going to be more likable, but I found, generally speaking, the exact opposite to be true. I found that people really want to know who you are. They want you to be authentic. They want you to bring your whole self to work and your whole self to the relationship. And I think that sometimes when they find out that you haven't done that there can be a real loss of trust..."
