AGES & STAGES
How Women Work & Lead
Across Seasons of Life
As women, our work experiences evolve through the stages and seasons of our lives. The joys and fears we face early in our careers shift as our relational roles change, and are replaced by new passions and questions in midlife.
This spring the De Pree Center at Fuller Seminary joins Women, Work, & Calling to host “Ages & Stages: How Women Work & Lead Across Seasons of Life.” This four-part webinar series explores the challenges and opportunities unique to distinct seasons of life through the experiences of women who have lived and led through them.
THIRD THIRD
The final sprint of our working lives can be meaningful, impactful, and unnerving. The “Third Third” is a time to solidify our legacy and imagine new possibilities for the years ahead. In this session we’ll ask:
-
How can you discern God’s call in this transitional season of life?
-
How can you offer wisdom to the next generation? And what does an authentic, organic approach to mentorship look like?
-
How should you respond to ageism in the workplace?
-
What insight does the Bible offer about retirement?
