The Denver Institute for Faith and Work is excited to welcome singer-songwriter Sandra McCracken for the 2018 annual celebration and fundraiser, “The Sounds of Work.”
Join us on Saturday, May 19 at Fellowship Denver for an evening of worship, liturgy, and celebration of work and calling. Festivities begin at 6 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres and drinks, followed by the worship celebration at 7 p.m.
Sandra will perform selected works from the recent Work Songs album by The Porter's Gate, while Denver Institute staff and supporters will share the history and future vision for the organization. If you're not familiar with Sandra's work or the Work Songs album, we've curated a playlist of a few staff favorites that will be performed at the celebration in May. Note: If you're reading this on a blog reader, visit our website to see the Spotify playlist.
Seating is limited, so reserve your tickets soon! Pastors and worship leaders are also invited to attend “Bridging Work and Worship,” an afternoon workshop with Sandra focused on the ways that corporate worship can address issues of work, calling, and vocation from a Biblical and holistic perspective.
