Spiritual Disciplines for Your Work
For centuries, Christians have recognized that desires and actual transformation are connected through spiritual disciplines–habits that open us to God’s already-presence with us so we can more faithfully respond to him with the whole of our lives. We strive toward personal transformation in Christ as a key aspect of both our mission to the world and the integration of our faith and the workplace.
Denver Institute for Faith & Work is excited to launch Spiritual Disciplines for Your Work, a year-long reflection guide. Over 12 months, we’ll consider topics and practices that point our hearts toward God in our work, including:
- Self-examination and confession;
- Silence and solitude;
- Sabbath, and more.
We’ve written this book as a gift to the people who make the work of Denver Institute: our 5280 Fellowship alumni who first engaged these practices, the presenters and volunteers who give life to our gatherings, and our generous donors. In short, we are inviting you into a larger community of spiritual practice.
Spiritual Disciplines for Your Work is available via email or as a printed book.
